FAQ
Q: Will there be another SF2k?
A: Given the success of the first SF2k,
there will probably be a follow-up.
Q: ... this year?
A: We are looking into the possibility
of making SF2k a biannual party. However, we will probably be unable to
do so without some financial support of sponsors.
Q: What does "SF2k" mean?
A: Originally, it stood for "Scene Feestje 2000" (Dutch for "Scene Party
2000"). The name stuck, and now we use just the abbreviation "SF2k", "SF"
meaning nothing, and "2k" not meaning "2000".
Q: Who made the nice oldskool-looking SF2k logo?
A: The logo was drawn by Dutch scener
No-XS (Marc van den Bovenkamp).
Q: Why wasn't there a
graphics/tracker/4Kb competition?
A: Since SF2k is a small, two day party,
and since the main goal is to have fun, not to compete, we decided to limit
the number of competitions. There are two combined competitions (64Kb intro and
demo) and one music competition (because of the large number of Dutch
musicians).
Q: How can I ask a frequent question?
A: Mail to JAL: jal@takeover.nl.
